NDL Support & Maintenance
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty to NDL and hope to date we have provided you with a service of high standards. We at NDL are constantly taking steps to improve the service we offer our customers and as such this occasionally means we need to invest more with the suppliers we use. To date we have given our clients a full maintenance package on their websites without increasing our prices in over 3 years, however as hosting and optimisation costs have increased we now find ourselves having to restructure our pricing. We considered increasing our annual maintenance fees however this would be unfair to those customers who rarely change and update their sites, another option was to have several level of maintenance packages but it would be difficult to predict in advance what package an individual customer would require, we have therefore decided that the best and fairest way to serve our customers is to now charge a flat rate of £38.00 per hour in addition to your annual maintenance fee which is now taken up in the hosting and optimisation costs.
When you require changes or updates to your website simply submit them as a ticket upon which we will then email you a quote for the work to be done should you accept the quote we will then request payment by credit/debit card and carry out the work accordingly.
We regret having to increase our charges but as you will appreciate our costs have increased substantially.
